Refunds are processed within 5 to 10 working days depending on your payment provider. After 30 days, purchases are non-refundable.

Where one-to-one coaching sessions are offered, the following additional terms apply.

Sessions are booked and paid for in advance. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session will be offered a rescheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of a session are non-refundable. I reserve the right to reschedule a session with reasonable notice if required.

Coaching is provided for informational and supportive purposes only and does not constitute therapy, counselling, or clinical treatment.
